For over a century, Netexial has built its expertise alongside businesses and their trades.
Originally specialised in professional linen laundering, the company soon innovated and extended its expertise to new sectors: manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, food service, local authorities… while remaining true to a single commitment: delivering reliable, comfortable and durable professional clothing.
This heritage is the foundation on which Netexial builds today. Looking to the future, our brand stays firmly committed to the performance of trades and the protection of the people who practise them.

1903 - Les origines britanniques
L'histoire de la location-entretien textile professionnelle démarre en Angleterre en 1903, quand A.P. Bigelow crée Initial Towel Supply Company, un service de location de serviettes pour les entreprises londoniennes. Les initiales de chaque client sont brodées sur leurs serviettes : le nom "Initial" est né.
1920 - L'ancrage français : BTB
En France, notre histoire commence dans les années 1920 avec la création de BTB (Blanchisserie Teinturerie de Boulogne) par Maurice Decroix à Boulogne-Billancourt. Spécialisée dans le nettoyage de torchons, l'entreprise développe rapidement un service de location-entretien de vêtements professionnels pour accompagner les industriels français.
1996-2024 - L'ère Rentokil Initial
En 1996, BTB rejoint le groupe international Rentokil Initial et opère sous la marque Initial Textile France. Pendant près de 30 ans, l'entreprise affine son expertise dans la location-entretien textile auprès de milliers d'entreprises françaises, tout en faisant partie d'un réseau mondial de 50 pays et 30 000 collaborateurs.
2025 - L'indépendance : Netexial est né
En 2025, l'entreprise française quitte le groupe Rentokil Initial et devient totalement indépendante. Ce tournant stratégique s'accompagne d'un nouveau nom : Netexial.
